Vehicle Components
Discuss the benefits of driving education and define key elements of well-disciplined drivers. Understand the basic components of your vehicle and how they work together.
Warning Indicators & Safety Devices
Learn to identify dashboard warning indicators and understand safety devices including the proper use of seatbelts, mirrors, and steering controls.
Manoeuvring Your Vehicle
Master turns, 3-point turns, parking, and other essential manoeuvres needed for everyday driving and your road test.
Traffic Signs & Road Markings
Comprehensive coverage of traffic signs, signals, road and pavement markings — everything you need to navigate Ontario roads with confidence.
Emergency Situations
Shoulder parking, do's and don'ts during an emergency, and how to safely deal with emergency vehicles, school buses, and large trucks.
City & Freeway Driving
City driving including intersections, one-way streets, railway crossings, and pedestrians. Freeway driving covering entering, driving along, and exiting safely.
